Blinds To Go Return Policy?
Blinds To Go offers a Lifetime Warranty on all custom-made products. The products are warrantied to be free from manufacturing defects in materials, mechanisms, and components. If a product is found to be defective, Blinds To Go will repair or replace the product. However, color may vary from lot to lot on some styles, and certain styles and colors may be discontinued. In such cases, the company reserves the right to substitute the product with the nearest color or style of equivalent or greater value.
To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must return the damaged blind along with the invoice and original sales receipt to their nearest Blinds To Go superstore. The warranty does not cover any product which fails due to accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, misapplication, improper handling, improper installation, and improper operation or cleaning.
